Getting started is simple

1 · Call or request online

Call (509) 836-2367 or send a request from the booking page. We schedule by phone and through the Healow portal.

2 · Bring three things

Your insurance card, a picture ID, and your medications (or a list with doses). That's it.

After your first visit we'll help you sign in to the Healow patient portal for messages, appointments, and refills.

    Billing & payments

    Copays and balances are due at the time of your visit. Self-pay and uninsured patients are always welcome — call for details.

    Request refills through the Healow portal or by calling the office. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests.

    How fast can I be seen?

    Routine and new-patient appointments are usually available within 24 hours. Sick today? We hold same-day slots and welcome walk-ins during office hours (Mon–Thu, 8–5).

    Do you take my insurance?

    We accept most major plans including Premera Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Regence, First Choice Health, Molina, Apple Health, Coordinated Care, Ambetter, Wellcare, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and TRICARE. Call and we'll verify your specific plan.

    What if I don't have insurance?

    Self-pay patients are welcome — call the office for details and pricing.

    Do you speak Spanish?

    Yes — care and scheduling are available in English and Spanish. Todo el proceso está disponible en español.

    Can my whole family be seen here?

    Yes. We see all ages, newborns to seniors — one clinic for the whole family.

    What happens after hours?

    Call our after-hours line at (509) 731-4152 to reach the on-call provider / nurse advice line. For emergencies, always call 911.
